In our circles, we will open sacred space and drum together (monotonous beat) to raise the vibration of the group. We will choose unique shamanic journeys to explore and discuss during each session. Each drumming group may collectively choose a focus or intention which might include topics such as personal shamanic practice, personal growth, personal healing, healing others, community healing, global healing and beyond. Our circles will be open to people at all levels with their shamanic, dreamwork and/or other spiritual practices. We will incorporate the needs of the individuals present at each session and we will make decisions about the direction of the group collectively. Shamanic Drumming Circles do NOT require attendance at each gathering. You may come and go as your heart desires. *Please bring a drum or rattle if you have one, a blanket or pillow to sit on, a journal to write in, and a scarf or bandana to cover your eyes. |
